After initial rumours of possible Nvidia buyouts and partnerships, the truth has finally been revealed.

During a financial analyst meeting on Thursday, Nvidia showed off what they call "The worlds most affordable Vista Premium PC". There's even a picture of a board clearly showing a Nvidia Chip and various smaller VIA bits...

The biggest draw here will be price, It is being reported that for less than $45 you will get Vista Premium support, Blu-ray playback and DX10. Now the biggest question is whether Intel's Atom can compete at that price level.

A 2009 time frame has been reported for availability, but as with everything just say 2010 to be safe.
