Unlike it's big brother, the RV770XT, the Pro version will be using only 256mb of DDR3 instead of the latest DDR iteration, numero 5.Fudzilla is predicting a sub $200 price tag, so we can expect around £120 to be a common price in this part of the world. Not bad for a slightly cut down version of the latest GPU. The fact ATI plan to release this alongside the XT can only mean good things.
Could this be a much awaited end to the dominance of £400+ GPUs? Fingers crossed.
