A Chilean "hacker" has apparently released personal records of 6million people, including addresses, ID numbers, telephone numbers and academic records.
The information was acquired from computers at the education ministry, the military and electoral service. The person responsible also left a message, saying that his reason for releasing the information was to highlight the poor computer security in Chile.
