Taking a leaf out of the Bioshock route, Biohazard have re-released their "Rapture" desktop platform, this time featuring a phase change setup not too dissimilar to the one they demo'd back in January.

The new Rapture PC has a dual head phase change unit cooling both the CPU and GPU solutions. This provides almost unparalleled sustainable cooling with the CPU idling at around -15 degrees Celsius.
