The Big 3 search engines, Google, Microsoft Live and Yahoo have all banded together to come up with a policy for dealing with search results for China and other countries with similar restrictive policies on what it's citizens are allowed to search for.

This has been a long time coming as China has expressed interest in attempting to force Google and other search engines to reveal information about their global user's search habits.
