Conclusion
Well when I handed it back to my brother he was very happy. However, was the sound proofing any good? We powered it on and I looked at him expectantly. Needless to say, he was very happy. The news of his coolers and fans had been significantly reduced from moving from a plastic case to a steel one and I am sure the sound deadening panels played a big part in dropping the noise level of the case. Don't get me wrong you can still hear everything, but the edge was definitely taken off with the installation of this case.
I was very impressed with this case in general. Not only does it look good but it has some wonderful noise reduction features, such as the paneling and the silicone grommet mounts for the hard drive. It is an easy to fit case with thumb screws not only on the side panel but on the dust grill at the front of then case for easy access to the important sections. Although I am a fan of bigger cases in general I would not hesitate in buying this case for myself and I highly recommend it to you.
