Conclusion

The Thermaltake Element G is a great contender if you’re looking for a new chassis: it’s got the looks complete with adjustable LEDs; the cooling potential to cool even the hottest of rigs and of course the clever installation and cable management design.

Expandability is catered for very well with the 120mm fan holders and don’t forget that SSDs can be installed directly without an adapter.

Of course there are a few niggles that we have. For one, there is no eSATA port – not a massive problem I’ll admit but it would have been a nice inclusion for its superior data transfer speeds. The top of the case is a little weak too which isn’t ideal and could maybe be strengthened a little.

So there we have it, a very functional and aesthetically pleasing case - a tempting purchase indeed!

Pros Cons
Adjustable LEDs and attractive design No eSATA port
Cable Management Top is a little weak
Noise
Lots of cooling potential
