Although the Coolermaster is beaten slightly by the Asus Triton when in passive mode, as soon as you add a slow spinning fan, it beats it hands down, causing a pretty big drop in both load and idle temperatures. Another thing I feel obliged to say at this point is that when there was no fan attached to the Z600 you could say that it is a silent cooler, even quieter than mulnaz. (Using that term now – much easier than “truly silent”.)

Cost

After a quick google product search-which returned very few results – I found a range of prices from £30-40. This is pretty pricey especially when you consider that there is no fan included with the cooler.

Noise Levels

Noise levels? It's passive, there is no noise.
