Conclusion
I was shocked to not only find an included screwdriver and fan controller, but that it cools better than a ThermalTake Max Orb while remaining whisper quiet.
With a reasonably easy install process, and fantastic cooling ability, the Coolink Silentator is a must-have for any PC user.
