The product comes in an interesting sturdy cardboard box covered in product features and photographs. It's a huge improvement on Noiseblockers previous attempts at packaging and does give it a more contemporary less OEM look.

The cooler itself comes in an injection molded clear plastic case which helps to protect it when in transit.

Included in the box there is of course the large heatsink and silent fan, the mounting kit for 775 motherboards, a small tube of thermal paste and a somewhat useless “multi-lingual” instruction manual (as it is all in German).

The cooler comes with the somewhat frustrating screw based mounting kit which means that you must remove your mobo to install it. The screws supplied with the cooler are spring based which can make them quite hard to turn if you don't have the right screwdriver.
