Cost
The cost of the E6600 is around £250 from some of the online e-tailers and this represents exceptional value for money because the performance of this processor is astounding. For those on a bit more of a budget the E6300 which has a clock speed of 1.86ghz and 2mb of level 2 cache represents one of the best value for money computer components out there and can be found for around £135.
Bits and Box
The CPU comes in quite a professional looking box with a picture of the chip itself shown through several 3d "Holes" at the top of the packaging. It also has the typical Intel blue theme with a brushed aluminum look. It also has the chip specs and a few features listed on the back.
Inside you get a nice little spec and "Terms and Conditions" manual of sorts
