Noise
Completely silent. Even under full load it's completely inaudible. This card would be a perfect addition to a PC setup that's part of a quiet lounge environment.
Cost
The Sapphire 4550 will set you back only £45 which makes it one of the cheapest 4 series cards available.
Conclusion
Well the 4550 is far from a gamers card, but it was capable of playing our Unreal Tournament benchmark at low and medium settings. It's also completely silent and costs under £50.
It's far from powerful, and really isn't going to play any of the new titles at anything other than the lowest settings, if that. However, if you want to play some older games and still have the functionality of the latest GPU series, the 4550 might do for you.
