Noise
Noise wise, the 9800GTX+ Black isn't bad either. It runs very quietly when at idle, and even when it's cranked up to full speed, it's not too bad.
Cost
The cheapest price I could find for the card was £160. This seems like a pretty good deal considering it's performance compared to the 4870 x2 which costs up to £350.
Conclusion
The 9800GTX+ Black is a pretty impressive card for the rather modest fee of £160. On some of the tests, it pulls level with the 4870 x2 and beats it a couple of times on certain settings, which is excellent for a card that costs around half of what the 4870 does. It's not the best looking card around but it's ok and it's pretty quiet; while it doesn't stand out as anything ground breaking, it definitely ticks most of the boxes. Hell, you get a copy of Far Cry 2 as well. If you're looking for a card around the £160 range, this is the one for you.
