Arctic Cooling Fans

Introduction

Computer cooling is becoming a much more widespread topic with extra emphasis on silence in comparison to the past where this aspect of cooling was more or less disregarded in an attempt to produce maximum performance. The challenge that faces most manufacturers nowadays is the perfect combination between the two. Today at XSReviews, we have a whole series of Arctic Fans up for review. However, the question is will this latest series of fans be able to meet both the demands of performance and silence?
