Cost
No official pricing for the product, but I did manage to find a suggest price of £6 which is pretty impressive in a market where notepad coolers can range from £10 to £30.
Noise
Throughout the entire operation I was unable to hear the fan above the noise of the laptop's stock cooling. I was only able to hear the cooler a small amount by placing my ear directly next to the fan grill; obviously this isn't a normal usage practice though.
Conclusion
Although it may not make a big difference to CPU temperatures, the NP8000 from Jetart aids overall notebook cooling and does so quietly. It's light and portable and doesn't look to bad either. If you are looking for the ultimate in laptop cooling this product is far from it, but it does a bit of cooling at a reasonable price and volume. Not too shabby I say.
