Thankfully, Noctua haven’t patronised its customers by providing a manual as the installation and usage is self explanatory

Using the rubber mounts is easy to do, while a little fiddly, but is much quicker than using the screws. Once the fan is comfortably in place, you have to decide whether or not to use the U.L.N.A. Testing will show whether you need to.
