Bits and Box
The P6N-Diamond's box is quite plain when compared to some of the holographic jobs you find with some manufacturers. It has a black background that is pierced in the centre by a large diamond which is radiating a glow from itself like some sort of aura. This light bleeds down onto the large 3D text of "P6N Diamond", complete with solar flares of the "6" and "n". There is also a prominent MSI logo and a another image, though somewhat smaller, showing that this board is "Vista Certified".
Lifting the velcro attached flap on the front of the box gives you a windowed view of the board itself, and a nice feature list complete with pictures and descriptions.
The back of the box has a bit more detail on the onboard X-FI, the board's SLI features and the contents of the box other than the motherboard; otherwise known as the goodies.
Opening the box, we can have a look at those "goodies,"on offer. Their's 6 SATA cables, a floppy drive ribbon cable, an IDE cable, two manuals, a backing plate, 3 driver CDs, a fan extension bracket, a small chipset fan, some assorted audio connectors and of course, the board itself.
Quite a haul, eh?
