The EvoG MP1

With all packaging removed, the MP1 is presented to you in all it's glory. Ok, glory is a bit of a stretch I know but it 'aint a bad looking pad. It's a cloth pad which is more comfortable than other materials, but has a plastic coating on the surface to improve glide.

In the top left corner is the Evo-G logo and their catchphrase, "Evolution Gaming Gear."

Their URL is also present on the mat, down in the bottom right hand corner.

The centre of the pad is dominated by a large red star with a flecked paint job which gives it a battle hardened look. For some reason it reminds me of UT; not sure why.

The plastic surface on the EvoG is relatively shiny, not quite reflective, but on a bright day be prepared to squint occasionally.

The base of the mat is woven rubber fibres that are designed to anchor the MP1 to the desk and stop it from moving, even under heavy gaming conditions.
