Nuke-Z

Introduction

If you’re still using your desk or a freebie mouse pad and wondering why to choose a decent mouse pad, this review is probably for you. Today I have the little-known Nuke Z’s mouse pad; the Nuke Z Z8 low sensitivity.

About Nuke Z

Their site is in German, feel free to read it as is, or use this link for a machine translation by Google.

Specs

Experience a new feeling of movement! With the NUKE-Z Z8, you can now improve your aiming, make more precise movements, and finally have enough space on your mouse pad. For gamers and everyone that requires precise control of the cursor! Don’t muss you chance to make fast and precise mouse movements, perhaps giving you a decisive or winning advantage!

The NUKE-Z Z8 fabric fad is an extraordinary finely pored surface. This allows you to make gentle movements and reduces the so-called stick-slip effect. The stick-slip effect can be clearly felt as a small jerk when going from a resting mouse to movement when using an insufficient mouse pad. The effect is also in effect for all changes in direction, such as from left to right. While changing, there is a brief moment of rest, which triggers the stick-slip effect. As one is not able to compensate for the stick-slip effect with the hand, the movements become less precise.

The underside of the NUKE-Z Z8 is coated with anti-slip rubber, which keeps the mouse pad securely on the table.

The NUKE-Z Z8 is extremely easy to use. Its material makes it so insensitive that even creasing it causes no damage. You only need a little dishwashing detergent in water to clean it. However, the NUKE-Z Z8 may not be used while wet!
