Conclusion
The Sharkoon SATA QuickPort duo is a nice piece of kit. It's handy, simple to use, and while allowing for up to two drives to be firing data back and forth to your PC via eSATA or USB connections, it won't be any slower than a standard SATA drive.
Unfortunately, the price may put some people off, so the market for a product like this may not be as big as more economical models. That said, if you can afford it, you'll be getting yourself a great little product.
