Coolermaster HAF 912 Review - Whoopty
While less than a decade ago the name on everyone's lips for the highest of the high end gaming chassis would be Coolermaster, in recent years the firm has seen far more competition from the likes of Antec, Thermaltake, Lian Li, NZXT and more. No longer can they ride the coat tales of the much lauded Stacker, they have to diversify.

The company's most recent range of cases is known as the HAF series and there's a variety of different models. Today XSReviews is proud to take a peak at an unreleased, low end case known as the HAF 912. Let's see how this semi-budget offering stacks up.

Introduction

With the growth of notebooks, netbooks, and other portable media players, something people tend to like to do when they arn't in a far away place with their beloved piece of kit, is enhance it with improved peripherals. Be it a mouse, larger keyboard, increased screen size, or improved sound quality. Today I'll be reviewing something that would probably suit that purpose very well, the Speedlink Vento 2.0 speaker set.

Product Description

"The Vento is a 2.0 speaker set that’s perfect for any desktop. Thanks to its compact size it doesn’t take up too much space yet still stands securely. The design doesn’t just give the set a modern look that's perfect for any flat-screen monitor, it also produces great sound. Another contemporary feature is the speaker set’s USB cable which powers the speakers. Along with a volume control with switch function, the Vento also has a 3.5mm socket for headphones. The special show-stopper: the volume level of the connected headphones can be adjusted using the speaker set’s volume control."
