Cost
The CSX modules will retail in america for $200, so most likely we'll be seeing them for around the £140 mark over. However, this price is a lot fairer than most DDR3 kits; with most other sitting near the £200 mark.
Conclusion
Well, considering when I started this review, I had no opinion of CSX at all having never tested any of their products, they've done very well indeed. Not only have they managed to produce a kit that's good to look at and performs well, but it reached it's rated speed of a whopping 2GHZ, with no problem at all. However, with a price still well above that of a 4GB performance DDR2 kit, it's still not worth upgrading your rig to a DDR3 setup, just for the memory, but with prices continuing to fall and the excellent overclocking ability of some of the new Intel CPUs on x48 and 790i motherboards, it might be worth a look in.
| Pros | Cons |
| Overclocks to rated speed very easily | Far more expensive than DDR2 |
| Large heatsinks keep modules cool | Doesn't overclock beyond rated speed |
| Good looking heatspreaders | Cheaper than most other DDR3 kits |
